These terms describe the basic rules for using AI Song Mastering UA. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple terms.

License
The app is licensed, not sold. Your right to use the app is subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services terms that apply to App Store purchases.
User content and rights
You are responsible for the audio files you process with the app. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to process, store, publish, or distribute any resulting audio.
Audio results
The app provides automated audio processing and technical preparation. Output quality depends on the source material, selected settings, listening context, and distribution requirements. The app does not guarantee acceptance by any streaming platform or distributor.
Backups
Keep separate backups of important recordings and project files before processing. Automated tools can reduce repetitive work, but they should not be the only place where important audio exists.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or use the app in a way that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable Apple terms.
Changes
Features, compatibility, pricing, and distribution terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the published product information.
